NAIPAF is a non profit organization incorporated on the 24th of January 2017, for the purpose of seeking reprieve for victims of intellectual property abuses in Nigeria and general anti – poverty movement in tropical Africa.
To enlighten, provide legal aid, and campaign against as well as curb the menance of intellectual property theft and abuse.
To help create an environment where everyone freely enjoys their intellectual property rights without fear of theft and with total awareness of inherent rights in in corporeal properties.
Realizing the high level of intellectual property theft and abuse within the industry and the poverty level in our nation, NAIPAF pushes towards the following:
1. Contract interpretation and assessment for practitioners,
2. Take up actions against all forms of intellectual property theft and abuse,
3. Constant education and enlightenment of practitioners on intellectual property issues,
4. Promote a contract based practice among practitioners,
5. Assist indigent talents to start up production.
6. Provide help for indigent persons in the African society.
PRESIDENT
Norbert Ajaegbu Esq,is a graduate of Accountancy. He further obtained a degree in Law and a masters degree in law from the prestigious University of Lagos.
He is the Managing Director, ocean movies and music limited. Executive Director, Zita pharma limited. strategy Director, African International film festival (AFRIFF). Director, Audio Visual Rights Society of Nigeria (AVRS). President, Norbert Ajaegbu Intellectual property and anti-poverty foundation (NAIPAF). Principal partner, Norbert Ajaegbu & co.
Furthermore he was the Past chairman/spokesman, Film and Video Producers and Marketers Association of Nigeria (FVPMAN).
He has written and produced numerous movies and television series .
He is a well respected gentleman with unquestionable character, discipline and integrity.
Administrator
Mary Osazee Okojie is a goal oriented,dedicated and diligent legal practitioner.
She is committed and efficient in the pursuit of her legal aspiration.
She is a graduate of the prestigious Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma, Edo State and was called to the Nigerian Bar in December 2015, she is currently studying for a masters in law at the University of Lagos, Akoka,as well as pursuing other professional certifications.
She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, some of her vocal areas of practice are: corporate law, litigation,intellectual property, property law, family law, human rights, and regulatory compliance.

Mirian Chioma Umeh is a highly-motivated, goal-driven Legal Practitioner with over 9 years of experience. A chartered Administrator and Secretary of the Institute of Chartered Secretary and Administrator (ICSAN). With proven track record of excellence. Some of my core skills include Litigation, Mediation, regulatory compliance. Mirian is a graduate of the University of Ado Ekiti and presently pursuing her masters in law degree in the Prestigious University of Lagos.

Faridah Abdullahi is a dedicated and astute lawyer, who is most passionate about the legal and ethical issues surrounding the practice of Medicine in Nigeria, and the development of Family law and Human Rights in Nigeria.
She obtained her LL.B from the University of Lagos in 2014, and BL (Abuja) in 2015. After her National Youth Service at Obafemi Awolowo University, Ife, where she worked as an Administrative Officer, she had a brief stint with the firm of Regal Solicitors as a Litigation Counsel. She then proceeded to serve as a Legal Officer at AKMS Consulting Ltd, a Human Resources and Business Management Firm.
She is currently pursuing her LLM at the University of Lagos, whilst working as a freelance legal practitioner and researcher.
She enjoys reading and in her spare time, writing melancholic poetry. Faridah currently resides in Lagos
